1-1 Personal Training
One to one coaching truly focussed on you and your goals. Weight loss, muscle growth, improved fitness, event training etc. No matter what your goal is, we will produce a programme which will help you achieve it. As well as individualised coaching, we will give you a personalised nutrition plan if needed and we will be on hand for any health/wellbeing queries which you may have.
We have three different one to one memberships that give you 4, 8 or 12 sessions a month.
Small group training
Train in a small group of up to 8 like-minded individuals. Sessions will enable you to develop your strength and fitness without the price tag of 1-1. You will have access to a FB support group, nutrition education and monthly check in to review your goals
